Basic Low Calorie Iced Coffee

8 oz. cold coffee
1 package sugar substitute (Stevia/Splenda)
1/4 cup fat free or skim milk
1 1/4 cup crushed ice

Combine ingredients and drink, or for a blended style, just blend for 1-2 minutes.

Variations:

Iced Mocha Latte: Add 1 tablespooon sugar free cholate syrup
Iced Vanilla Latte: Add 1 tsp. vanilla or a dash of sugar free French vanilla syrup
Iced Chai Latte: Add a small spoonful of sugar free chai mix
